Why LaunchPoint

We make recruiting easy and stress free

We keep our roster small on purpose, so every athlete gets real attention and every family gets straight answers.

LaunchPoint

What you can count on

  • A small, capped roster, by design
  • One advisor who actually knows your athlete
  • Personal coach outreach that gets read
  • A flat fee with no long-term contract
  • Honest guidance, even when it's hard to hear

We play a different position. Most families use us alongside a club program, showcases, or an exposure platform. We make all of it work harder.

How it works

A clear path from overwhelmed to committed

Four steps. You always know where you stand and what comes next.

01

Evaluate

We start with a consultation call and an honest readiness review, so we know where your athlete stands.

02

Build the plan

We build your roadmap: realistic target schools, a timeline, and exactly what to work on between now and commitment.

03

Get in front of coaches

We shape your athlete's profile and highlight film, then reach the right coaches with outreach that actually gets read.

04

Commit with confidence

We stay with you through evaluations, visits, and offers, to the right decision for your athlete.

What we do

Everything your family needs to recruit well

Three pillars that take your athlete from unknown to recruited.

  • Consistent check-ins
  • Real-time strategy updates
  • Support through evaluations, visits, and offers
  • Sport-specific recruiting updates

We tell families the truth about where their athlete stands, even when it isn't what they hoped to hear. That honesty is the whole point.

Pressure preparation is recruiting preparation. Your advisor rehearses the coach call, the campus visit, and the offer conversation with your athlete, so the moment is familiar before it happens.

It is not counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment, and nobody at LaunchPoint is licensed to provide those. If your athlete needs that kind of support, we will give you the names of licensed providers in Orange County and step back. We do not provide it, bill for it, or take a referral fee.

Every program is one flat fee, agreed at enrollment based on your athlete's timeline. No long-term contract, and the fee never changes once we start.

FAQ

Questions families ask us

How are you different from the big recruiting services?

We're small and personal. You work with one advisor who knows your athlete, backed by a specialist network when you need it. We're honest about fit and level, even when that's hard to hear.

Do you contact college coaches on our behalf?

No, and that's deliberate. Coaches want to hear from athletes, not services. Your advisor picks the coaches, shapes the message, and coaches the follow-up, so your athlete reaches out in their own voice.

Do you guarantee a scholarship or roster spot?

No service honestly can, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we promise is an honest assessment, a smart plan, and real effort behind it.

What if my athlete isn't sure they want to play in college?

That's common, and it's okay. Part of our job is helping families think clearly about whether, and where, playing in college is the right fit.

How involved are parents?

As involved as you want to be. We keep you in the loop throughout, and Concierge adds a parent-only channel.

What does it cost?

Three flat-fee programs: Essential at $3,000, Premium at $4,500, and Concierge at $7,500, with no long-term contract. On your consultation call we'll recommend the right fit for your family.

Do you offer short-term help?

Yes, through our custom accelerated program for families on urgent timelines. We'll walk through it on your consultation call.

Ready to bring clarity to recruiting?

Book your consultation call and we'll give you an honest read on where your athlete stands.
